Suhaar Inc is looking for a Junior Accountant to handle day-to-day accounting and documentation activities.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare Sales Invoices and Delivery Challans
Record sales, purchases, receipts and payments
Perform Bank Reconciliation
Maintain customer & vendor ledgers
Handle accounting entries in Tally Prime
Assist with GST-related documentation
Maintain invoices, vouchers and accounting records
Coordinate with internal teams for billing and payment-related matters
Follow up on outstanding invoices/payments
Prepare basic accounting reports as required
Requirements
B.Com / equivalent qualification
1–3 years of relevant accounting experience
Good knowledge of Tally Prime
Working knowledge of GST & invoicing
Good knowledge of MS Excel
Strong attention to detail
Good communication and coordination skills
Candidates who can independently handle routine accounting work will be preferred
