Key Responsibilities
Maintain day-to-day accounting records and ensure accurate bookkeeping.
Record purchase, sales, payment, and receipt entries in the accounting system.
Prepare and maintain bank reconciliation statements.
Verify invoices, bills, and supporting documents before processing.
Assist in GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance activities.
Maintain vendor and customer account reconciliations.
Process and monitor accounts payable and accounts receivable.
Coordinate with auditors and provide required financial documents.
Prepare periodic MIS reports and assist in month-end and year-end closing activities.
Maintain proper filing and documentation of financial records.
Follow up on outstanding payments and vendor balances.
Coordinate with internal departments for accounting-related requirements.
Handle PI (Proforma Invoice) approval and confirmation by coordinating with the concerned departments and ensuring timely processing.
Coordinate billing and dispatch activities to ensure invoices are generated accurately and dispatched in line with shipment schedules.
Handle freight-related queries for all warehouses, including coordination with logistics teams, transporters, and warehouse personnel to resolve freight discrepancies and ensure timely communication.
Perform any other accounting and finance-related tasks assigned by management.
