जूनियर अकाउंटेंट

We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Junior Accountant to support our finance and accounting operations. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining financial records, recording daily transactions, assisting with reconciliations, preparing reports, and supporting the senior accounts team with day-to-day accounting activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Record daily sales, purchases, receipts, payments, and other financial transactions.

• Maintain and update accounting records and ledgers.

• Prepare and verify invoices, bills, vouchers, and payment documents.

• Perform bank, customer, and vendor account reconciliations.

• Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable activities.

• Maintain proper documentation of financial transactions.

• Assist in GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance-related activities.

• Support month-end and year-end closing activities.

• Prepare basic financial and accounting reports as required.

• Coordinate with internal teams and vendors regarding invoices and payments.

• Identify discrepancies in financial records and report them to senior accountants.

• Ensure accounting data is accurate and updated on time.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

• 0–2 years of experience in accounting; freshers with relevant knowledge can also apply.

• Basic knowledge of accounting principles, GST, and TDS.

• Good working knowledge of MS Excel.

• Experience with Tally/ERP/accounting software will be an advantage.

• Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy.

• Good communication and organizational skills.

• Ability to meet deadlines and work effectively in a team.
