Junior Accountant — Surat

Sanghavi Enterprises is a specialty MedTech distribution company headquartered in Mumbai. We distribute surgical implants and medical devices, working with hospitals, nursing homes and surgeons. We are now expanding into South Gujarat with a distribution office in Surat.

About the role

We are looking for a Junior Accountant at our Surat office to drive day-to-day billing and basic accounting on Tally. This is an office-based role focused on accurate, timely billing and record-keeping, working closely with the branch team.

Responsibilities

• Receive orders from customers and maintain records

• Prepare and process sales invoices, purchase entries and billing on Tally

• Maintain day-to-day accounting entries — receipts, payments, credit/debit notes

• Support GST-related documentation, whenever required

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer and vendor transactions

• Inventory management

• Assist with basic reconciliation of accounts and follow-up on billing queries

• Coordinate with the team and the head office for smooth day-to-day office operations

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience in billing on Tally

• Proficiency in Excel

• Fluent in Gujarati and Hindi; working English

• Polite, patient and comfortable interacting with customers and colleagues over calls and in person
