# 📢 Job Description – Accountant

💼 Position: Accountant

📍 Location: Sector-80, Noida

💰 Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month

🕒 Experience: 2–3 Years

## 📌 Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Accountant to manage day-to-day accounting operations. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in GST, TDS, Tally, and general accounting practices with the ability to maintain accurate financial records and ensure statutory compliance.

## 🎯 Key Responsibilities

✔️ Maintain day-to-day accounting transactions in Tally.

✔️ Prepare and record purchase, sales, payment, and receipt entries.

✔️ Handle GST calculations, return filing, and reconciliations.

✔️ Manage TDS deductions, return filing, and related documentation.

✔️ Perform bank reconciliation and ledger reconciliation.

✔️ Prepare invoices, vouchers, debit notes, and credit notes.

✔️ Maintain accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR).

✔️ Assist in monthly closing, MIS reports, and financial reporting.

✔️ Maintain proper accounting records and statutory documents.

✔️ Coordinate with auditors, vendors, and internal departments as required.

## 🛠️ Required Skills

✅ Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, and Tally ERP/Tally Prime.

✅ Good understanding of accounting principles and taxation.

✅ Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Word.

✅ Experience in Bank Reconciliation (BRS), ledger reconciliation, and bookkeeping.

✅ Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

✅ Good communication and coordination abilities.

## 🎓 Qualification

✔️ B.Com / M.Com or equivalent qualification.

✔️ 2–3 years of relevant experience as an Accountant.

✔️ Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

✔️ Detail-oriented with strong accuracy in financial records.
