## 📋 Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Accountant with hands-on experience in Zoho Books to manage day-to-day accounting operations, maintain financial records, and ensure accurate reporting and statutory compliance.

## ✅ Key Responsibilities

• 📊 Manage day-to-day accounting and bookkeeping activities.

💻 Record financial transactions using •Zoho Books••.

• 🧾 Prepare and maintain sales invoices, purchase entries, receipts, and payment vouchers.

• 🏦 Perform bank reconciliation and monitor cash flow.

• 📑 Manage Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR).

• 💸 Process vendor payments and customer receipts.

• 🧮 Prepare GST reports and assist in GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance.

• 📈 Generate MIS reports, financial statements, and monthly reports.

• 📂 Maintain accurate financial records and supporting documentation.

• 🤝 Coordinate with auditors, tax consultants, and internal departments when required.

• 🔍 Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards.

## 🎯 Requirements

• ✔️ 2–3 years of accounting experience.

✔️ Hands-on experience with •Zoho Books•• is mandatory.

• ✔️ Good knowledge of GST, TDS, bookkeeping, and bank reconciliation.

• ✔️ Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Office.

• ✔️ Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

• ✔️ Good communication and time management abilities.

• ✔️ Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

## 🌟 Preferred Skills

• 📚 Knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.

• 💼 Experience in inventory accounting is an added advantage.

• 📊 Familiarity with ERP systems and MIS reporting.

• 🤝 Team player with a positive attitude and attention to detail.
