About the Role
We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Junior Accountant to support our finance and accounting operations. The ideal candidate should possess hands-on experience in accounting, taxation, audits, and Busy Accounting Software, along with a strong understanding of financial processes and compliance requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day accounting transactions using Busy Accounting Software.

• Maintain books of accounts, ledgers, vouchers, and financial records.

• Prepare and process invoices, payments, receipts, and journal entries.

• Perform bank reconciliations and account reconciliations regularly.

• Assist in the preparation of financial statements and management reports.

• Support Income Tax, TDS, GST, and other statutory compliance activities.

• Coordinate and assist during internal, statutory, and tax audits.

• Maintain proper documentation and filing of financial records.

• Monitor accounts payable and receivable activities.

• Ensure accuracy and compliance with accounting standards and company policies.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Commerce (B. Com), Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

• 1–3 years of relevant accounting experience.

• Working knowledge of Busy Accounting Software.

• Understanding of Income Tax, TDS, GST, and basic financial regulations.

• Exposure to audit processes and financial documentation.

• Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Office applications.

• Strong analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills.

• Good communication and organizational abilities.

Preferred Skills

• Experience handling accounting operations independently.

• Familiarity with tax filings and compliance procedures.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.

• Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
