We are looking for a detail-oriented Junior Accounts Executive with hands-on knowledge of GST and basic accounting processes. The candidate will support day-to-day accounting activities and assist in statutory compliance and financial documentation.

Key Responsibilities

Maintain day-to-day accounting entries in accounting software (Tally / Zoho / ERP)

Prepare and maintain GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B) and assist with reconciliations

Handle sales, purchase, and expense entries

Assist in GST, TDS, and statutory compliance activities

Maintain vendor bills, invoices, and payment follow-ups

Support bank reconciliation statements (BRS)

Assist in monthly and quarterly closing activities

Coordinate with auditors, consultants, and internal teams as required

Maintain proper documentation and records as per company policies

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Commerce / Accounting / Finance (B.Com preferred)

6 months to 2 years of experience in accounting or finance

Good working knowledge of GST and compliance requirements

Basic knowledge of TDS is an added advantage

Familiarity with accounting software (Tally / Zoho Books / similar)

Proficiency in MS Excel

Good communication and coordination skills

Preferred Skills (Good to Have)

Experience in filing GST returns independently

Exposure to audits and compliance documentation

Understanding of basic legal and statutory formalities
