Job Summary
We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Junior Accountant with 2–3 years of accounting experience to join our team. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in Tally, MIS reporting, bookkeeping, and day-to-day accounting operations.
Key Responsibilities
* Maintain day-to-day accounting records in Tally.
* Prepare and maintain MIS reports accurately and on time.
* Handle sales, purchase, payment, and receipt entries.
* Perform bank, vendor, and customer reconciliations.
* Assist with GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance documentation.
* Manage invoices, vouchers, and supporting financial documents.
* Coordinate with internal departments for financial data and reporting.
* Support month-end and year-end closing activities.
* Ensure proper maintenance of accounting records and documentation.
Requirements
* Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com) or a related field.
* 2–3 years of experience in accounting.
* Strong working knowledge of Tally and Microsoft Excel,
* Experience in preparing and analyzing MIS reports.
* Good understanding of accounting principles and bookkeeping.
* Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills.
Salary
* ₹20,000 – ₹22,000 per month
