Job role
Prepare and manage billing and sales invoices accurately.
Record daily accounting entries and individual financial transactions in Tally.
Maintain bank entries, receipts, payments, and bank reconciliations.
Record and manage stock market and investment-related accounting entries.
Prepare quotations and invoices and send them to customers.
Handle Porter and other transport bookings for customer orders.
Coordinate dispatch of materials from vendors to customer locations.
Track vehicles and transport until successful delivery.
Coordinate with drivers, vendors, and customers regarding dispatch and delivery.
Prepare and send invoices, packing slips, and other required documents.
Maintain proper records of purchases, sales, expenses, receipts, and payments.
Verify invoices, vouchers, and supporting documents.
Use Tally and Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word, for accounting and reporting.
Use AI-based tools in daily accounting and operational tasks to improve productivity and accuracy.
