We are looking for a detail-oriented Junior Accountant to assist in managing daily accounting tasks. The candidate will support the finance team in maintaining financial records, preparing reports, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards and statutory requirements.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain day-to-day accounting entries in accounting software (Tally / ERP).
Prepare and record sales, purchase, and expense entries.
Assist in bank reconciliation and ledger reconciliation.
Maintain records of invoices, bills, and vouchers.
Assist in GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance.
Prepare basic financial reports and MIS reports.
Monitor accounts payable and receivable.
Support the team during audits and financial closing.
Maintain proper documentation of financial records.
Required Skills
Basic knowledge of Accounting principles
Working knowledge of MS Excel
Familiarity with Tally or other accounting software
Good attention to detail
Basic understanding of GST and TDS
Preferred Skills
Knowledge of financial reporting and taxation basics
Good communication and organizational skills
Salary
