Job Title: Junior Accountant

Job Summary

Infinity Aqualogy is looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Junior Accountant to support our Accounts & Finance team. The candidate will be responsible for day-to-day accounting, GST compliance, banking, vendor payments, reconciliations, and maintaining accurate financial records. Experience in manufacturing, trading, or water treatment equipment industries will be an added advantage. (Indeed)

Key Responsibilities

• Record daily accounting transactions in Tally Prime.

• Prepare Purchase, Sales, Payment, Receipt, and Journal vouchers.

• Maintain Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR).

• Generate and verify GST invoices and E-Way Bills.

• Prepare GST working (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B) and assist in GST reconciliation.

• Prepare TDS calculations and assist in TDS return filing.

• Perform daily bank reconciliation and cash book reconciliation.

• Follow up with customers for outstanding payments.

• Process vendor payments as per approval.

• Maintain purchase bills, expense vouchers, and accounting records.

• Assist in month-end and year-end closing activities.

• Coordinate with auditors, bankers, and tax consultants.

• Maintain fixed asset register and depreciation records.

• Prepare MIS reports in Excel.

• Assist in preparing financial statements and management reports.

• Ensure compliance with company accounting policies and statutory requirements.

• Support export/import accounting documentation when required.

Required Qualifications

• B.Com / M.Com

• 1–3 years of accounting experience

• Experience with Tally Prime

• Good knowledge of GST, TDS, and basic Income Tax

• Strong MS Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot Table, formulas)

• Basic understanding of accounting principles

• Good communication and organizational skills

• High attention to detail and accuracy (Foundit)

Preferred Skills

• Experience in manufacturing or trading company

• Knowledge of inventory accounting

• Familiarity with banking transactions and payment processing

• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

• Team player with a positive attitude

Salary

• ₹17,500 – ₹21,500 per month (depending on experience)
