ASSISTANT ACCOUNTANT – JOB DESCRIPTION

Location:Nirman Vihar, East Delhi (Near Metro Station)

Experience:6 Months – 3 Years

Salary:Up to ₹25,000 (Based on experience & skills)

Schedule:Saturday Half-Day | Sunday Fixed Off

🚀 About the Role

I-EXPERTS is looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Assistant Accountant to manage day-to-day accounting activities, customer payment follow-ups, invoices, stock records, and financial documentation.

🎯 Key Responsibilities

Follow up with customers for pending payments through •calls, texts, and emails••.

Create, update, and maintain •invoices and receipts••.

• Upload paid invoices and update the internal team/group regarding payments.

Handle •Accounts Receivable & Accounts Payable•• emails and follow-ups.

Maintain and track •stock in hand••.

Prepare and maintain •cost analysis sheets••.

Handle and follow up on •extended warranty claims••.

• Maintain accurate records of payments, invoices, receipts, and other financial documents.

• Assist with daily accounting and reporting activities.

✅ Requirements

6 Months – 3 Years of experience in •Accounts / Finance / Billing / Collections••.

• Basic knowledge of accounting and financial documentation.

Good knowledge of •MS Excel••.

• Good communication and follow-up skills.

• Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy.

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and maintain records properly.

Candidates from •East Delhi / nearby areas•• are preferred.
