Key Responsibilities
Accounting Responsibilities
Maintain day-to-day financial records and bookkeeping
Handle accounts payable and receivable
Prepare invoices, purchase orders, and payment vouchers
Assist in GST filing, TDS, and other statutory compliances
Reconcile bank statements and ledger accounts
Support monthly and yearly closing processes
Maintain proper documentation of financial transactions
Coordinate with CA/auditors when required
Administrative Responsibilities
Manage office administration and documentation
Maintain records, files, and company databases
Coordinate with vendors and service providers
Handle basic HR support (attendance, leave records, etc.)
Assist in procurement and inventory tracking
Support internal team coordination and communication
Ensure smooth day-to-day office operations
Required Skills & Qualifications
B.Com / M.Com or equivalent qualification
Basic knowledge of accounting principles
Familiarity with Tally / accounting software (preferred)
Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Office
Good communication and organizational skills
Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently
Honest, disciplined, and detail-oriented
Preferred Skills
Experience with GST and compliance work
Exposure to admin or office coordination roles
Basic understanding of payroll processes
