Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Accountant to join our team. The role involves managing financial records, ensuring compliance with accounting standards, preparing financial reports, and assisting in budgeting and taxation. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of accounting principles, proficiency in financial software, and the ability to analyze financial data for strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

1. Financial Management & Accounting

• Maintain accurate financial records, including ledgers and journals.

• Ensure timely recording of transactions and reconcile accounts.

• Handle accounts payable and receivable.

2. Taxation & Compliance

• Prepare GST, TDS, and income tax filings as per regulations.

• Ensure compliance with local financial laws and reporting requirements.

• Assist in audits and coordinate with auditors.

3. Budgeting & Cost Control

• Assist in preparing annual budgets and forecasts.

• Monitor expenses and suggest cost-saving measures.

• Provide financial insights for strategic planning.

4. Payroll Processing & Vendor Management

• Process salaries, reimbursements, and incentives.

• Manage vendor payments and maintain accurate records.

• Ensure compliance with payroll tax requirements.

5. Financial Reporting & MIS

• Generate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.

• Prepare management reports, cash flow statements, and balance sheets.

• Present financial data insights to senior management.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

• 1-2 years of experience in accounting, taxation, or financial management.

• Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, income tax, and financial reporting.

• Proficiency in Tally, QuickBooks, or other accounting software.

• Excellent skills in MS Excel and financial data analysis.

• Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple financial tasks.
