Experience: 1–3 Years

Job Summary:

We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Account & Recovery Executive to manage customer accounts, follow up on pending payments, and maintain accurate financial records. The candidate will be responsible for coordinating with clients regarding outstanding dues and supporting the accounts team in daily financial operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Follow up with customers for pending payments and overdue invoices

• Maintain and update customer account records

• Coordinate with sales and accounts teams for payment tracking

• Prepare daily/weekly recovery reports

• Handle billing, invoicing, and payment reconciliation

• Maintain proper documentation of collections and communications

• Resolve customer payment issues and queries professionally

• Ensure timely collection to maintain healthy cash flow

• Assist in basic accounting tasks when required

Required Skills:

• Basic knowledge of accounting and finance processes

• Good communication and negotiation skills

• MS Excel and computer proficiency

• Strong follow-up and coordination skills

• Attention to detail and accuracy

• Ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines

Qualification:

• B.Com / M.Com / BBA / MBA (Finance) or equivalent

• Basic accounting knowledge preferred

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in collections or recovery process

• Knowledge of Tally or accounting software

• Customer handling experience
