Job Title: Junior Accountant

Job Overview
We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Junior Accountant to manage day-to-day accounting activities, maintain financial records, and assist with billing, payments, and financial documentation.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain daily accounting records and financial transactions.
Prepare invoices, bills, quotations, and payment receipts.
Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable.
Track client payments, outstanding balances, and payment follow-ups.
Maintain records of company expenses, purchases, and other financial transactions.
Assist in bank reconciliation and maintain cash and bank records.
Handle GST-related documentation and assist with GST return preparation.
Maintain proper documentation of invoices, bills, and vouchers.
Coordinate with clients, vendors, and internal departments regarding payments and billing.
Prepare basic financial reports and assist senior accountants with monthly closing activities.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com) or a related field.
0–2 years of experience in accounting; freshers with relevant knowledge may also apply.
Basic knowledge of accounting principles, GST, and TDS.
Working knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.
Knowledge of Tally Prime or other accounting software is preferred.
Good communication, organizational, and time-management skills.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
