We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Junior Accountant to assist in day-to-day accounting operations. The ideal candidate should have hands-on knowledge of Tally/Tally Prime, Microsoft Excel, GST, and TDS. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining financial records, preparing vouchers, reconciling accounts, and ensuring compliance with statutory requirements.
Key Responsibilities
Record daily accounting transactions in Tally ERP 9 / Tally Prime.
Assist in GST calculations, return preparation, and reconciliation.
Prepare TDS working and assist in TDS return filing.
Perform bank reconciliation and ledger reconciliation.
Prepare MIS reports using Microsoft Excel.
Organize and maintain accounting documents and files.
Assist in month-end and year-end closing activities.
Ensure compliance with company policies and statutory regulations.
Required Skills
Good knowledge of Tally ERP 9 / Tally Prime.
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
Basic understanding of GST, TDS, and accounting principles.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Educational Qualification
Bachelor's Degree in Commerce (B. Com) or equivalent.
Additional certification in Tally or Accounting will be an added advantage.
Experience
02 years of experience in accounting.
Experience in Trading Firm
