About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Junior Accountant to join our Finance team. The ideal candidate should have a strong commerce background, hands-on experience in accounting processes, and good knowledge of Tally. The candidate must be capable of maintaining financial records accurately while ensuring compliance with accounting standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Record day-to-day accounting transactions in Tally ERP/Tally Prime.

• Maintain Purchase, Sales, Receipt, Payment, and Journal entries.

• Prepare bank reconciliation statements (BRS).

• Maintain petty cash and cash book records.

• Generate invoices and manage billing activities.

• Assist in GST calculations, return preparation, and compliance.

• Support TDS calculations and statutory compliance.

• Maintain ledgers, vouchers, and financial documentation.

• Coordinate with auditors during internal and statutory audits.

• Prepare monthly MIS reports and financial summaries.

• Ensure timely completion of assigned accounting tasks while maintaining accuracy.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Commerce (B.Com/M.Com) or equivalent.

• 3–5 years of experience in Accounting or Finance.

• Strong knowledge of Tally ERP / Tally Prime.

• Good understanding of GST, TDS, Bank Reconciliation, and Accounting Principles.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Table, Basic Formulas).

• Good analytical, organizational, and communication skills.

• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

• Knowledge of accounting standards and financial reporting.
