Job Description – Accountant

Company Name: Auto Die Cast (India)

Position: Junior Accountant

Location: Delhi

Key Responsibilities

Maintain day-to-day accounting entries in Tally / ERP including purchase, sales, journal, and payment vouchers.

Handle Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable, including debtor and creditor reconciliation.

Manage GST compliance, including preparation and filing of GSTR-1, GSTR-3B and reconciliation with GSTR-2B.

Support TDS calculation, deduction, and return filing as per Income Tax rules.

Assist in finalization of accounts including preparation of Balance Sheet, Profit &Loss, and related schedules.

Maintain and monitor inventory accounting including Raw Material (RM), Work-in-Progress (WIP), and Finished Goods (FG).

Perform bank reconciliation statements (BRS) and track company cash flow.

Handle vendor reconciliation including purchase bills, job work entries, and payment tracking.

Prepare MIS reports and financial summaries using Excel for management review.

Maintain proper documentation of invoices, purchase bills, vouchers, and financial records for audit and compliance purposes.

Coordinate with CA, auditors, and management for statutory compliance and financial reporting..

• Freshers and experienced candidates can apply

• Strong understanding of Accounting concepts is preferred.

Qualification: BCom / MCom / CA Inter (Pursuing) or any Commerce Graduate with knowledge of Tally, GST and basic accounting.

Salary (CTC):

Freshers: ₹15,000 per month

Experienced Candidates: Salary as per current CTC and experience
