Job Overview:

We are looking for a highly skilled, independent, and experienced Accountant to join our team. The ideal candidate must have 2-3 years of solid experience working in a CA Firm. We need a self-driven professional who can manage the company’s end-to-end accounting and taxation processes independently without any hand-holding or training. If you are sharp, efficient, and ready to take full ownership of accounts from day one, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

End-to-End Accounting: Manage daily accounting operations, bookkeeping, and ledger maintenance.

GST Compliance: Prepare, verify, and file GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B) and perform timely GST reconciliations.

Income Tax & ITR: Assist in and handle the preparation and filing of Income Tax Returns (ITR).

Balance Sheet Finalization: Prepare, review, and finalize Profit & Loss (P&L) statements and Balance Sheets with absolute accuracy.

Tally Operations: Efficiently manage all accounting data, vouchers, and invoicing using Tally ERP 9 / Tally Prime.

Reconciliations: Perform regular bank reconciliations, as well as debtor and creditor statement matching.

TDS Compliance: Compute TDS liabilities, ensure timely deduction, and file TDS returns.

Requirements & Qualifications:

Mandatory: Minimum 2-3 years of core accounting and taxation experience exclusively within a CA Firm.

Software Expertise: Advanced knowledge of Tally Prime / Tally ERP 9 and MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, etc.).

Taxation Knowledge: Strong hands-on experience with GST, TDS, ITR filing, and statutory compliances.

Zero Training Required: The candidate must be fully capable of handling the entire accounting workload independently without needing guidance or training.

Education: B.Com, M.Com, MBA (Finance), or Inter-CA.
