Remuneration: As per industry standards

Timing: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM (Mon – Sat)

Location: Mumbai (On-site)

ROLE SUMMARY:

One of our client is seeking a detail-oriented Junior Accountant to manage financial records and support daily export operations.

This role is central to maintaining our internal tracking sheets, managing shipping documentation, and ensuring statutory compliance.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Invoice & Data Management: Maintain and monitor internal production tracking sheets and spreadsheets.

Ensure real-time data accuracy and reconciliation of invoices.

Logistics Documentation: Prepare and manage all shipping documents required for garment exports.

Financial Tracking: Monitor and plan daily payments (inward and outward) to ensure efficient cash flow management.

Statutory Compliance: Calculate monthly GST and TDS liabilities.

Payroll: Manage salary payment calculations and maintain employee attendance/payment records.

CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS

Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com) or related field.

High degree of accuracy, reliability, and organizational skills.

Proficiency in MS Excel (Formulas, Pivot Tables) and accounting software.

Basic knowledge of Indian taxation (GST/TDS) and payroll processing.
