Job Title : Junior Accounts Executive

Key Responsibilities: Daily Bookkeeping on Zoho Books Accounts Receivable and Customer balances reconciliations, Receive, verify, and post receipts. Accounts Payable and vendor balances reconciliations, verify, pay and post payments Daily Bank reconciliations Landed Cost calculations of imports Ad-hocc reporting and analysis Manage Monthly budgets and variance analysis. Respond promptly to stake holder queries. Assisting preparation of all financial plans and budgets and MIS End to end ownership of the accounting process. Manage statutory payments and compliance (e.g., GST, TDS,EPF,ESI,PT). Manage and process Vendor pay-outs Monthly reconciliation of Customer and Vendor balances Payroll data compilation, preparation of payroll, disbursal and compliances and reconciliations. Monthly/Quarterly Stock counts and reconciliations Monthly closing of books Support year-end financial close processes, including journal entries, reconciliations, and financial statement preparation Assist in preparation of annual audits and respond to audit queries. Verifytheaccuracyofcalculationsandvalidatesupportingdocuments. Maintainanorganizedfilingsystemforbothhardcopiesanddigitalrecords. Keep accurate records of legal, statutory, and tax-related documents. Liaise with banks to ensure smooth operations and handling daily Banking Operations Review contracts Collaborate with internal teams to analyze financial data and optimize accounting processes. Requirements: Should be able to utilize Excel for data analysis, reporting, and financial modelling. Should be able to apply independent judgement in preparation of monthly financial statements Very detailed oriented, organized and efficient Excellent communication skills.

Experience: Minimum 1 years to Max 2years’experienceinperformingtheabovelistedkey responsibilities in any reputed organization.

Educational Qualification: BCom/M.com/MBA

Note Salary: 1. Depends upon the competence of the candidate 10%to25%hike, as per the market standards. 2.Max the Salary ranges from 15K to 20K + Incentives
