Key Responsibilities: DailyBook Keeping on ZohoBooks AccountsReceivable and Customer balances reconciliations, Receive, verify, and post receipts. Accounts Payable and vendor balances reconciliations, verify, payandpost payments Daily Bank reconciliations Landed Cost calculations of imports Ad-hoccreporting and analysis ManageMonthlybudgetsandvarianceanalysis. Respondpromptlytostakeholderqueries. Assistingpreparationofall financialplansandbudgetsandMIS Endtoendownershipof theaccountingprocess. Managestatutorypaymentsandcompliance(e.g.,GST,TDS,EPF,ESI,PT). ManageandprocessVendorpay-outs MonthlyreconciliationofCustomerandVendorbalances Payroll datacompilation, preparationof payroll, disbursal andcompliancesand reconciliations. Monthly/QuarterlyStockcountsandreconciliations Monthlyclosingofbooks Supportyear-endfinancialcloseprocesses, includingjournalentries,reconciliations, andfinancialstatementpreparation Assist inpreparationofannualauditsandrespondtoauditqueries. Verifytheaccuracyofcalculationsandvalidatesupportingdocuments. Maintainanorganizedfilingsystemforbothhardcopiesanddigitalrecords. Keepaccuraterecordsof legal,statutory,andtax-relateddocuments. LiaisewithbankstoensuresmoothoperationsandhandlingdailyBankingOperations Reviewcontracts Collaboratewith internal teams toanalyze financial dataandoptimizeaccounting processes. Requirements: ShouldbeabletoutilizeExcel fordataanalysis,reporting,andfinancialmodelling. Shouldbeable toapply independent judgement inpreparationofmonthly financial statements Verydetailedoriented,organizedandefficient Excellentcommunicationskills
Experience: Minimum 1 years’ to Max 2years’experienceinperformingtheabovelistedkey responsibilities in any reputed organization. Educational Qualification: B.Com /M.com/MBA
Note Salary: 1.Depends upon the competence of the candidate 10%to25%hike, as per the market standards. 2.Max the Salary ranges from 15K to 20K + Incentives
