Job Description

We are a snack food manufacturing company based at Tughlakabad Village, New Delhi.

We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Junior Accountant to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for handling day-to-day accounting tasks and assisting in financial record management. Knowledge of Tally is mandatory.

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain daily accounting records and entries in Tally
Handle purchase, sales, and expense entries
Prepare invoices, bills, and vouchers
Maintaining inventory and stocks record
Reconcile bank statements and accounts
Assist in GST filings and compliance
Maintain proper documentation of financial transactions
Support senior accountant in audits and reporting
Manage petty cash and day-to-day financial activities

Required Skills:

Basic knowledge of accounting principles
Proficiency in Tally (Compulsory)
Familiarity with MS Excel
Attention to detail and accuracy
Good organizational and time management skills

Qualifications:

Minimum: 12th Pass / Graduate in Commerce (preferred)
Experience: 6 months to 1 year in accounting role

Salary: 12,000 to 20,000
