Job Description – Junior Accountant Executive (Fresher)

Job Overview
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Accountant Executive to join our Accounts & Finance team. The candidate should have basic accounting knowledge and a willingness to learn accounting software and financial processes.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain daily accounting entries and financial records.
Assist with purchase, sales, payment, and receipt entries.
Maintain invoices, bills, vouchers, and other financial documents.
Assist in maintaining ledgers and bank reconciliation.
Support GST and TDS-related accounting work.
Update financial data and prepare basic reports in MS Excel.
Assist senior accountants with day-to-day accounting activities.
Learn and work on accounting software such as Tally or Busy.
Required Skills
Basic knowledge of accounting principles.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel.
Understanding of debit, credit, journal entries, and ledgers.
Willingness to learn Tally/Busy and GST procedures.
Good numerical accuracy and attention to detail.
Positive attitude and eagerness to learn.
Educational Qualifications
B.Com / M.Com or equivalent qualification in Accounting or Finance.
Freshers only; prior work experience is not required.
Preferred Candidate
A sincere and hardworking fresher who wants to build a career in accounting and finance.
