Job Title: GST Executive

Experience Required: 3–4 Years (Preferably in a CA Firm)

Location: Pune, NIBM Road

Job Summary:

We are seeking a knowledgeable and detail-oriented GST Executive to manage GST compliance, return filings, and related taxation activities. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in handling GST processes, responding to notices, and working with accounting tools. Prior experience in a Chartered Accountant (CA) firm will be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and file GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, and other applicable returns) accurately and within deadlines.

• Ensure compliance with GST laws, rules, and regulations.

• Handle GST notices, assessments, and departmental queries.

• Reconcile GST data with books of accounts and identify discrepancies.

• Maintain proper documentation and records for audit purposes.

• Work closely with internal teams and clients to gather required financial data.

• Stay updated with changes in GST laws and ensure timely implementation.

Key Skills & Requirements:

• 3–4 years of experience in GST compliance and taxation.

• Preferably worked in a CA firm environment.

• Strong knowledge of GST return filing and compliance procedures.

• Experience in handling GST notices and assessments.

• Hands-on experience with the GST portal.

• Proficiency in Tally and MS Excel.

• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

• Good communication and coordination skills.

• Ability to manage multiple clients/accounts efficiently.

• Proactive approach to handling tax-related issues.
