Job Description The Command Center Analyst is responsible for real-time monitoring, incident management and operational coordination across business functions to ensure uninterrupted service delivery. The role acts as a single point of contact (SPOC) during operational incidents and plays a critical role in maintaining SLA adherence, business continuity, and stakeholder communication. Monitor operational dashboards, queues, systems, and alerts in real time Communicate timely updates to internal teams, leadership, and clients Support workforce planning and load balancing during peak volumes Prepare daily Command Center reports (incidents, SLA, volume, outages) Support management reviews with MIS and dashboards Unless explicitly requested or approached by SS&C Technologies, Inc. or any of its affiliated companies, the company will not accept unsolicited resumes from headhunters, recruitment agencies, or fee-based recruitment services.
