Key Responsibilities

Patient Financial Counseling

Meet patients and families to discuss treatment costs and estimated expenses.
Explain hospital billing procedures, payment policies, and financial obligations.
Guide patients regarding available payment plans and financial assistance programs.
Assist patients in understanding insurance benefits and coverage.

Insurance & TPA Coordination

Verify insurance eligibility and coverage details.
Coordinate with TPA (Third Party Administrators) and insurance companies for approvals.
Assist patients in completing insurance-related documentation.
Resolve insurance and billing-related queries.
