HO BIU Financials-HO & SUPPORT-Finance Key Responsibilities Annual Operating Plan (AOP), Monthly & quarterly forecast, Long term financial projections for the Consumer Bank business Analyze business performance, identify drivers of revenue, cost, margin and profitability at product, segment and channel level Provide variance analysis (budget vs actuals) with actionable insights for senior management Partner with Product, distribution, proposition & business operations team to develop P&L projections & Customer ROI/ROE analysis Develop dashboards & MIS to monitor KPI’s like NIM, Cost to Income, Fee income, Deposit & Advances growth etc Conduct competitor benchmarking, market analysis, and regulatory impact assessment to identify growth opportunity Evaluate strategic initiatives such has new product launches, digital transformation, partnership and distribution expansion Project monitoring, Performance evaluation and initiatives against define milestone Key Skills Technical: Advanced Excel, financial modelling, data analysis, Analytical: Ability to interpret data, identify trends, and develop actionable insights. Communication: Presenting complex financial information clearly to diverse audiences, including management Business Acumen: Understanding the banking business model and connecting financial data to strategic objectives. Adaptability: Thriving in dynamic environments and embracing new technologies and methodologies. Qualification Strong Pedigree - Chartered Accountant (CA, preferably cleared in first attempt), MBA with reputed institute 3-8 year experience in BFSI Sector (preferably FP&A & Strategy/Big 4) Experience Level Mid Level
