Job Description – Accounts Executive

We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Accounts Executive who has practical knowledge of accounting processes and is comfortable working with SAP

Key Responsibilities

Perform day-to-day accounting and bookkeeping activities.
Make accurate data entries in SAP and other accounting systems.
Prepare and post journal entries for routine accounting transactions.
Record purchase, sales, receipts, payments, expenses, and other financial transactions.
Maintain and update accounting records and supporting documents.
Verify invoices, bills, vouchers, and other financial documents.
Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable activities.
Perform bank, ledger, and account reconciliations.
Maintain proper documentation and filing of financial records.
Assist in preparing reports and statements required by the management.
Support month-end and year-end closing activities.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Graduate in B.Com, M.Com, or a related field.
Practical knowledge of SAP is required.
Good understanding of basic accounting principles and bookkeeping.
Must know how to perform data entry in SAP/accounting software.
Must have practical knowledge of journal entries and accounting transactions.
Preferred Candidate

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience using SAP,
