Skills & Requirements

Proficiency in Tally and MS Office (especially Excel).
Strong knowledge of accounting principles and statutory compliance.
Good written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
Prior experience in a manufacturing industry is mandatory.

Key Responsibilities
Manage purchase bill accounting and sales invoice processing accurately.
Handle end-to-end accounting operations including Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), and General Ledger (GL).
Perform cash application, bank reconciliations, and other banking transactions.
Record accruals, prepayments, and fixed asset transactions.
Maintain and monitor inventory accounting (preferred).
Support GST, TDS, and Income Tax filings (preferred).
Post journal vouchers and accounting entries in a timely and accurate manner.
Ensure compliance with company policies, accounting standards, and statutory regulations.
