Manager Roles & responsibilities · Possess a strong understanding of key financial metrics such as revenue, expenses, FTE, headcount, utilization, DSO, margin, pipeline, and bookings, and use these to generate actionable insights for planning and operations · Demonstrate solid accounting knowledge, including journal entries and their impact on the P&L and balance sheet · Conduct detailed analysis and reconciliation of general ledgers and intercompany accounts to ensure accuracy and completeness · Review financial reports and provide meaningful variance analysis to improve transparency and support strategic decision-making · Lead financial projects end-to-end, ensuring timely execution and achievement of expected outcomes · Drive process improvements and implement automation in reporting to enhance efficiency and standardization · Manage stakeholder relationships effectively, ensuring alignment of deliverables with business objectives · Handle escalations and performance-related discussions for KGS teams, working closely with onshore stakeholders to resolve issues and ensure proper documentation · This role is for you if you have the below Work experience · Professional certifications (e.g., CPA, ACCA) and advanced degrees (e.g., MBA) are highly desirable, especially those with a focus on UK finance and taxation · Understanding of tools such as MS Excel, Power BI,SQL, Alteryx, VBA will be an added advantage · Proven track record of managing transitions and integrating new roles effectively from US Geo · 13+ years relevant experience which should be mix of Financial accounting, management accounting and FP&A. · Proven track record in driving operational excellence and delivering exceptional customer service. · Excellent leadership and people management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams · Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels · Provide real-time support to US stakeholders, starting at 3 PM IST, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration.
