ob Description – Accounts Executive / Accountant
Key Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day accounting activities including sales, purchase, receipts, payments, and journal entries.
Prepare and maintain customer ledger and vendor reconciliation statements.
Monitor and maintain corporate outstanding statements and ensure timely follow-up for pending payments.
Share outstanding reports with corporate clients on a daily, weekly, or monthly basis as per agreement terms.
Coordinate with corporate clients and internal teams regarding payment follow-ups, billing issues, and reconciliation.
Prepare invoices, credit notes, debit notes, and maintain proper accounting records.
Handle bank reconciliation and monitor cash flow transactions.
Ensure timely collection of receivables and maintain ageing reports of outstanding balances.
Assist in GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance-related work.
Maintain proper documentation of agreements, invoices, and payment records.
Prepare MIS reports and management reports related to receivables and outstanding status.
Coordinate with auditors and support month-end and year-end closing activities.
Additional Responsibility:
Regular sharing of corporate outstanding statements (daily/weekly/monthly) as per agreed timelines with clients, and follow-up for payment release.
