Finance Executive

Key Responsibilities

Processing Mutual Fund, Insurance, Fixed Income, and Investment-related transactions.

Maintaining client records, KYC documents, and compliance-related data.

Coordinating with AMCs, Insurance Companies, and Financial Institutions.

Preparing client reports, portfolio statements, and MIS reports.

Managing CRM updates and client database.

Handling transaction forms, application processing, and follow-ups.

Supporting Relationship Managers and Advisors with operational requirements.

Ensuring timely execution of client requests and service issues.

Maintaining accuracy and confidentiality of client information.

Required Skills

Good knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and Google Sheets.

Strong attention to detail and documentation skills.

Good communication and coordination abilities.

Basic understanding of Mutual Funds, Insurance, Fixed Income, and Financial Products (preferred).

Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.

Qualifications

Graduate in Commerce, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.

Freshers with good analytical and operational skills can also apply.

Experience in Wealth Management, Banking, Insurance, or Financial Services will be preferred.
