Finance Executive (Female)

Location: Hyderabad Industry: Luxury Tiles & Stone Cladding Manufacturing

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Finance Executive to oversee and manage financial operations, compliance, and reporting for our luxury tile and stone cladding manufacturing unit. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of accounting principles, manufacturing cost control, and statutory compliance, along with excellent communication and analytical skills.

Educational Qualification:

• MBA (Finance) or CA / CA (Inter) qualified

• 1–3 years of experience in Finance, Accounts, or Auditing (preferably in a manufacturing environment)

Key Responsibilities:Financial Accounting & Reporting:

Knowledge in Tally

• Prepare and finalize Balance Sheets, P&L Accounts, and Cash Flow Statements (monthly/annual).

• Maintain Books of Accounts in line with Companies Act and Accounting Standards (Ind AS / IFRS).

• Prepare and review MIS reports, budget analyses, and variance reports.

Taxation & Statutory Compliance:

• Handle GST, TDS, PF, ESI, PT filings and compliance.

• Assist with Income Tax assessments, statutory audits, and internal audits.

• Ensure adherence to finance and labor laws applicable to manufacturing operations.

Cost & Inventory Accounting:

• Manage cost control, budget tracking, and factory expense analysis.

• Prepare cost sheets, track raw material consumption, and analyze production efficiency.

• Conduct inventory valuation and reconcile with stores and production departments.

Cash Flow & Banking:

• Oversee cash flow planning, bank reconciliations, and fund movement.

• Coordinate with banks for LCs, BGs, and vendor payments.

• Ensure timely management of accounts receivable/payable.

Audit & Compliance:

• Coordinate statutory and internal audits and ensure timely documentation.

• Maintain effective internal controls across all financial processes.

• Support vendor documentation and procurement-related financial compliance.

Coordination & Reporting:

• Work closely with factory accounts, purchase, and operations teams.

• Support management in budgeting, forecasting, and project financial planning.

• Report financial updates regularly to Head Office and Directors.

Skills & Competencies:

• Strong knowledge of manufacturing cost accounting, budget management, and tax laws.

• Proficient in Tally ERP / SAP / Zoho Books / Advanced Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, Dashboards).

• Excellent communication in English, Hindi, and Telugu.

• High integrity, accuracy, and attention to detail.

• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
