*Job Title:* Finance Associate*Work Location:* Dwarka, Sector 19*Role Overview*We are seeking a Finance Associate to support core finance operations, accounting functions, reconciliations, and reporting activities. The role will work closely with finance leadership to ensure financial accuracy, process discipline, and timely reporting.*Key Responsibilities*- Handle daily accounting entries and manage books of accounts.- Support Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable processes.- Perform regular bank, vendor, and customer reconciliations.- Assist in invoice validation, payment processing, and expense management.- Coordinate with cross-functional teams for financial data collection and approvals.- Support GST/TDS workings, documentation, and statutory filing-related activities.- Maintain accurate record-keeping and documentation for audits and compliance.- Assist with month-end closing, MIS reporting, and basic financial analysis.- Support budgeting, cost tracking, and operational finance initiatives as needed.*Requirements*- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial processes.- Experience with *Tally ERP / TallyPrime* (mandatory).- Proficiency in *MS Excel* (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, data handling).- Experience in reconciliation and documentation processes.- Attention to detail with strong analytical and numerical ability.- *Qualification* : B.Com / M.Com or equivalent.- *Experience* : 1–3 years in finance or accounts roles in a fast-paced environment.
