Job Responsibilities

• Reconcile bank accounts and company accounts regularly

• Check and match bank statements, invoices, receipts and payments

• Maintain accurate accounting records and transaction entries

• Prepare and maintain employee salary/payroll sheets

• Calculate monthly salaries, deductions, advances and other adjustments

• Coordinate with the Operations team for attendance and monthly salary processing

• Maintain employee salary and attendance-related records

• Track vendor payments, pending invoices and payment due dates

• Maintain a vendor payment tracker and ensure timely payment follow-ups

• Verify vendor invoices and supporting documents before payment processing

• Reconcile vendor accounts and identify any outstanding or disputed amounts

• Prepare payment statements and supporting documents

• Assist in accounts payable and accounts receivable

• Track outstanding payments and receipts

• Assist with monthly MIS and finance reports

• Maintain proper documentation and filing of financial records

• Identify discrepancies in accounts and report them to the senior/management

Candidate Requirements

• B.Com / M.Com / Finance / Accounting graduate

• Fresher or 0–1 year experience

• Good working knowledge of MS Excel

• Basic knowledge of Tally / Tally Prime preferred

• Knowledge of accounting software/ERP will be an advantage

• Basic understanding of bank reconciliation, vendor reconciliation, and accounting entries

• Basic understanding of payroll and salary calculation

• Good numerical and analytical skills

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy

• Good communication and coordination skills

• Willingness to learn and take responsibility

• Candidates available for immediate joining preferred
