Finance

Maintain day-to-day accounting records.
Prepare and review sales and purchase invoices.
Perform bank reconciliations and ledger scrutiny.
Assist in GST, TDS, and Income Tax compliance.
Coordinate with CA and auditors for statutory requirements.
Monitor accounts payable and receivable.
Prepare MIS reports, cash flow reports, and financial summaries.
Ensure timely vendor and customer payment reconciliations.

Production

Plan and monitor daily production schedules.
Coordinate with vendors and production teams to ensure timely manufacturing.
Track raw material availability and production status.
Maintain production records and quality documentation.
Ensure production targets are achieved within timelines.
Coordinate with quality control to maintain product standards.

Operations

Manage inventory and warehouse operations.
Coordinate order processing, dispatch, and logistics.
Monitor stock movement and maintain inventory accuracy.
Improve operational workflows for higher efficiency.
Coordinate with procurement, sales, and dispatch teams.
Prepare operational reports and performance dashboards.
Resolve operational issues to ensure smooth business functioning.
