What you’ll do The AR Executive is responsible for managing the end-to-end receivables process, including billing, collections, cash application, and reconciliations , to ensure timely cash inflows and accurate accounting. Generate and validate customer invoices Track outstanding receivables and drive collections Perform customer reconciliations and resolve discrepancies Post and allocate customer payments in ERP Monitor credit limits and exposure risks Manage billing disputes with internal teams Prepare AR aging, MIS reports, and DSO analysis Support audit and compliance requirements Improve cash flow & collection efficiency Maintain accurate and clean AR aging Strengthen customer relationships & credit control What you’ll need Strong AR process knowledge ERP (SAP) & Excel proficiency Good communication & follow-up skills Attention to detail About us Computacenter is a leading independent provider of IT infrastructure services, with about 21,000 employees worldwide.
