Job Description – Finance Executive / Senior Finance Executive

Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Finance Executive to manage day-to-day financial operations, accounting activities, financial reporting, reconciliations, and statutory compliance. The ideal candidate should have strong analytical skills, sound knowledge of accounting principles, and proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day accounting and financial transactions.

• Prepare and maintain financial statements, reports, and MIS reports.

• Handle accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger activities.

• Perform bank reconciliations and ledger scrutiny.

• Monitor cash flow, expenses, and payment schedules.

• Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing.

• Ensure timely GST, TDS, and other applicable statutory compliance.

• Coordinate with auditors, banks, vendors, and internal departments.

• Maintain accurate financial records and documentation.

• Support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.

• Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable accounting standards.

• Identify discrepancies and recommend improvements in financial processes.

Required Skills

• 4–5 years of relevant experience in Finance & Accounts.

• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial processes.

• Practical knowledge of GST, TDS, and statutory compliance.

• Proficiency in MS Excel, including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, and reporting.

• Experience with Tally, SAP, Oracle, or other accounting/ERP software.

• Good analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills.

• Strong communication, coordination, and organizational skills.

• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Hands-on experience in accounting, reconciliations, MIS reporting, and financial analysis.

• High attention to detail and accuracy.

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize work effectively.

• A proactive approach to resolving financial discrepancies and improving processes.
