FINANCE MANAGER

We are looking for an Finance / Accounts to join our team at at Shivshankar Security And Facility Services Private Limited. The role involves managing financial transactions of the organization, preparing accurate reports, and ensuring compliance with tax regulations. The position offers ₹90,000 - ₹95,000 and opportunities for professional growth.

Experience: Minimum 8–10 Years (Preferred 9+ Years)

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure timely tax filings, computations, and compliance with regulatory requirements.

• Securely manage and back up financial data while maintaining confidentiality.

• Prepare accurate financial statements, balance sheets, and profit/loss reports.

• Oversee daily financial transactions, including accounts payable, receivable, and reconciliations.

• Analyze production cost, inventory valuation, and variance reports

• Monitor BOM costing and product-wise profitability

• Track budget vs actual performance

• Control wastage and operational costs

• Manage complete finance & accounts function of the organization

• Prepare and analyze financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow)

• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities

• Monitor and control costing, expenses, and profitability

• Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, Income Tax, and statutory regulations

• Handle internal & external audits and liaise with auditors

• Manage cash flow, working capital, and fund utilization

• Oversee accounts payable & receivable operations

• Develop and maintain MIS reports for management decision-making

• Coordinate with production, purchase, and sales teams for financial alignment

• Identify opportunities for cost reduction and process improvement

• Lead and supervise the accounts team

Job Requirements:

A perfect candidate for this role should have a keen eye for numerical accuracy. The minimum qualification for this role is Graduate and 6+ years of experience. Applicants must have knowledge about accounting and GAAP (Generally Accepted Accounting Principles).

💻 Required Skills & Knowledge

• Strong knowledge of financial reporting & analysis

• Expertise in GST, TDS, taxation, and compliance

• Hands-on experience with Tally / ERP / SAP systems

• Advanced proficiency in MS Excel (MIS, Pivot, VLOOKUP)

• Good understanding of cost accounting & budgeting

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Leadership and team management ability

🎓 Qualification

• CA / CMA / MBA (Finance) / B.Com / M.Com

• Relevant certifications will be an added advantage
