ERP executive/ MIS

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the complete order execution cycle, from order receipt through dispatch and final payment collection.

• Coordinate with internal departments, including Sales, Procurement, and Operations, to ensure timely approvals, material availability, and smooth project execution.

• Monitor order progress, track deliveries, and resolve any discrepancies or operational issues promptly.

• Prepare, maintain, and update all order-related documentation with a high degree of accuracy.

• Ensure timely and accurate entry of customer requirements, order details, and project information into the ERP system.

• Provide regular order status updates to customers, sales teams, and other internal stakeholders.

• Coordinate dispatch activities, logistics arrangements, shipment documentation, and payment procedures to ensure on-time deliveries.

• Follow up proactively on pending orders, outstanding payments, and customer requirements to minimize delays.

• Support the planning and execution of promotional activities, exhibitions, marketing events, and customer engagement initiatives as required.

• Maintain comprehensive records of project and order execution activities for reporting, analysis, and future reference.
