अकाउंट्स ERP एग्जीक्यूटिव/ MIS

We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical ERP Executive / MIS Executive to manage ERP operations, inventory controls, master data management, and business reporting across our organization. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in ERP systems, inventory accounting, GST compliance, data analysis, and Advanced Excel to support operational and financial decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

✅ Manage and maintain ERP master data including Items, Vendors, Customers, Recipes, BOMs, and Branch mapping.

✅ Monitor inventory transactions, stock movements, stock adjustments, and ensure system accuracy.

✅ Handle purchase accounting activities including GRN verification, invoice matching, and reconciliation.

✅ Generate and analyze daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports for management.

✅ Prepare inventory variance reports and identify discrepancies between physical and system stock.

✅ Support GST-related data validation and coordinate with the finance team for compliance.

✅ Perform ERP testing, UAT, troubleshooting, and process validation during new implementations and upgrades.

✅ Develop automated reports, dashboards, and data analysis using Advanced Excel, Pivot Tables, Lookup Functions, and Power Query.

✅ Coordinate with operational teams to ensure accurate transaction flow within the ERP system.

✅ Monitor data accuracy, system controls, and process compliance across branches.

✅ Assist in ERP training and provide user support to various departments.

Qualification & Experience

🎓 Graduate / Post Graduate (Commerce, Finance, Computer Applications, Business Administration or related field)

📅 3 to 6+ Years of experience in ERP Operations, MIS Reporting, Inventory Management, or Business Analysis.

Preferred Experience

✅ Hands-on experience with ERP systems such as CW Suits Accountant (Preferred), SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, Focus ERP, Marg ERP, NetSuite, or similar ERP platforms.

✅ Experience in Hospitality, Restaurant Chains, FMCG, Retail, Manufacturing, or Supply Chain environments.
