We are looking for an ERP executive/ MIS to join our team at at Lovely Impex. The role involves managing financial transactions of the organization, preparing accurate reports, and ensuring compliance with tax regulations. The position offers ₹15,000 - ₹18,000 and opportunities for professional growth.

Job Summary

The Billing Executive in a manufacturing environment is responsible for preparing accurate invoices based on production, dispatch, and sales data. The role ensures timely billing, coordination with production and dispatch teams, proper tax application, and maintaining accurate records to support smooth operations and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

Billing & Invoicing

Prepare customer invoices based on dispatch details, production output, and sales orders.

Verify delivery challans (DC), e-way bills, packing lists, and transport documents before invoicing.

Generate invoices in ERP/Tally aligned with manufacturing rates, BOM (Bill of Materials), and pricing agreements.

Ensure correct GST, HSN codes, and tax structures applicable to manufactured goods.

The minimum qualification for this role is Graduate and 3 - 5 years of experience.
