Director - Financial Due Diligence

Director - FDD Identification of key issues and carrying out the relevant financial analysis To lead multiple smaller & mid-size assignments from KGS and/ or assist in larger assignments reporting to onshore Director/ PMD, with their limited supervision Active and consistent participation as a Deal team member with high proficiency including usage and training of junior team members. Prepare, update, and review initial/supplemental document request list and manage gathered data effectively. Preparation of the proposal and scope of work as required by the engagement team(s). Participate and lead specific sections in management calls. Prepare high quality FDD Reports including review of sections written by other team members on the job Maintaining business contacts at PMD level (i.e. it is our expectation that Director will make a positive commitment to maintaining contact with people they meet on transactions, who may become important providers of work in the future) To contribute to the effective working of the team and development of team morale To contribute to practice development initiative including people, team administration and solution development etc Experience Level Executive Level
