Job Title – Data Entry (Accounts Department)

Location: Saroli, Surat

Job Timing:
Female: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Male: 9:30 AM – 8:30 PM

Salary:
Female: ₹15,000/month
Male: ₹17,000/month

Experience: Relevant experience in data entry/accounts preferred

Key Responsibilities

• Perform daily data entry and maintain records accurately.

• Handle MS Excel tasks including data entry, formulas, sorting, filtering, and Pivot Tables.

• Manage accounting operations including Purchase, Sales, Receipts, Payments, and Journal Entries.

• Maintain ledgers and basic accounting records.

• Handle document scanning, filing, and record management.

• Prepare and maintain MIS Reports.

• Ensure accuracy of data and proper documentation.

• Coordinate with the team for smooth day-to-day accounting and data management.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Good working knowledge of MS Excel.

• Basic knowledge of accounting entries and ledger maintenance.

• Good data accuracy and strong attention to detail.

• Ability to maintain records in an organized and systematic manner.

• Good communication and teamwork skills.

• Ability to handle multiple tasks while maintaining accuracy.
