Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month (Based on Experience)

Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented Data Entry Executive (Accounts) to join our Accounts Department. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of accounting principles and excellent accuracy in maintaining financial records. The candidate will be responsible for data entry, preparing customer statements, managing outstanding reports, and supporting the accounts team with day-to-day accounting activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Accurate data entry of accounting transactions.

• Prepare and maintain customer statements and outstanding reports.

• Reconcile customer ledgers and outstanding balances.

• Verify invoices, vouchers, and supporting documents.

• Maintain records in MS Excel and accounting software.

• Coordinate with the sales and accounts teams for payment follow-ups.

• Ensure accuracy and confidentiality of financial data.

• Support daily accounting and MIS-related activities.

Eligibility

• Qualification: B.Com (Mandatory)

• Experience: 2–5+ Years in Accounts/Data Entry

• Strong knowledge of Accounts, Outstanding Management & Statement Preparation.

• Good knowledge of MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Table, Basic Formulas).

• Knowledge of Tally Prime or similar accounting software will be preferred.

• Good communication and organizational skills.

• High attention to detail and accuracy.
