Area Credit Manager -Mid Corporate -Credit Appraisal -Delhi - Videocon Towers -MM• Major Deliverables: Due diligence of corporate, group and promoters Understanding Proposal related Industry and Market dynamics and application of the same in Credit assessments and stipulation of Risk mitigates. Site visits and Personal discussions with Promoters/ CFO Assessing repayment capacity of borrow /entities on structure Carrying requisite site visit and understanding market dynamics specific to the case . Specialized job competencies: Preparation of credit notes along with stipulation of deal specific covenants Adherence of Internal Credit Policies and capturing the deviations accordingly in Credit Note Approval / recommendation of credit limits and transaction Analysis of financials. Desired Experience: Role is sector agnostic hence looking desired experience
