Credit Manager - Housing Finance

Credit Manager-Housing Finance-Credit Qualification : CA Job Description : Housing Finance. Ability to assess the creditworthiness of individual and corporate loan applicants by analysing financial statements, credit reports, and other relevant information. Conduct thorough risk assessments to determine the viability of loan requests. Evaluate and interpret financial ratios, cash flows, and collateral values to make informed credit decisions. Familiarity with regulatory frameworks and compliance requirements related to credit operations. Manage and mitigate credit risk by setting appropriate credit limits, terms, and conditions Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and Cross functional teams , necessary to understand their Loan Requirements and provide suitable credit solutions. Delinquency monitoring for underwritten cases during the infant stage so as to keep delinquency to almost Nil levels. Attention to detail and ability to handle high-volume work, meet deadlines, and manage multiple cases concurrently. Proficiency in using credit analysis software and Microsoft Office applications like Excel / Outlook. Being a team player while assisting the team in implementing HO & local policies at ground level. Handling of CPAs and mentoring them to extract quality in their output. Monitoring their productivity levels. Experience Level Mid Level
