Job Description:

We are looking for a detail-oriented Billing Executive to manage day-to-day billing operations. The role involves preparing accurate invoices, ensuring timely billing, verifying transactions, and coordinating with the accounts and sales team to maintain proper financial records.

Responsibilities:

* Prepare and generate customer invoices in a timely manner.

* Verify billing details and ensure accuracy in transactions.

* Maintain billing records, receipts, and documentation.

* Coordinate with accounts team for payments and reconciliations.

* Address billing-related queries from customers and internal teams.

* Assist in monthly/quarterly financial closing activities.

* Ensure compliance with company billing policies and standards.

* Supermarket experience is mandatory.
